SIRS Grids for Faculty promotion, tenure and reappointment

OTEAR is providing this tool on a test basis for faculty to download their own SIRS grids for use in Form 1a or equivalent. Recent SIRS data should be included without any problems, however older data may need to be added through a manual search - contact otear@rutgers.edu for assistance.

View and Download your SIRS Grid (NetID login required).

Possible Issues:

• If you see a message that you are "logged out" simply click the “View and Download your SIRS Grid” link again or reload the page to view it correctly.
• Missing SIRS records: This page uses your NetID to identify and collect your records. Older SIRS data may not have NetIDs recorded and cannot be automatically compiled. Contact OTEAR for assistance with older data.
• For other issues, please send email to otear@rutgers.edu and describe the problem so we can address them in future updates to this web page.
