Survey Information Due March 16

Departments that wish to use the online version of the Student Instructional Rating Survey must send a list of courses to please replace "brokenmail" with by March 16, 2010.

Departments will receive paper survey packets if we are not notified of the intent to use online surveys.

Refer to the Online SIRS Procedures and Deadlines for more information.
