Surveys begin Monday, Nov 28

At 12:01 a.m. on Monday the Student Instructional Rating Survey will begin for most courses that are using the online survey. Students may respond until Thursday, December 15 at 11:59 p.m. by going to and logging in, then clicking "All Surveys". Exact dates may vary by course.

Faculty and instructors can check their survey status on our new "Current Surveys" page:
We will also send status updates by email every Tuesday and Thursday.

We can still add surveys if any courses or sections were missed. However we have only limited ability to change surveys that are currently running - if you need changes to a survey after November 28, please write us at please replace "brokenmail" with and we will attempt to address your needs.

For departments that are still using the paper surveys, you should have received packets of survey forms in campus mail. Contact our office if additional forms are needed, (732) 932-7466
