We have sent Excel templates by email to department administrators, for collecting instructor information for the Spring 2014 Student Instructional Rating Surveys. Please return these templates with your changes by emailing them back to us by March 7.
To run the surveys, we need an accurate record of who is teaching each section of every course, including TAs and courses with more than one instructor. Please fill in the instructor name and email address, adding additional rows if necessary. If the instructor is already filled in, please double-check that we have the correct name (for future semesters, we pull the instructor information from the Course Scheduling System, so making sure the schedule is correct by the 1st week of the semester will reduce the amount of work needed in our templates).
