April 2 - Discussion about Teaching Labs at Rutgers

Scheduling and Space Management will hold an open discussion on the future of teaching labs at Rutgers, on April 2nd from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Busch Campus Center multipurpose room.

The Future of Teaching Labs at Rutgers: 
Strategic goals, pedagogy, technology, facilities, and more

What:
Informational displays, short presentations, and--most importantly--a group discussion with your colleagues about the opportunities and challenges facing teaching labs in the sciences and beyond.

Who:
Faculty, deans, and lab staff from across Rutgers, students, and industry research executives. Anyone with a stake in teaching labs and the graduates that come out of them.

When:
Wednesday, April 2, 2014
Breakfast and displays: 8 to 9am
Presentations/discussion: 9am to 12pm
Working lunch 12 to 1pm
Do you have to be there the entire time? No (but the longer, the better).

Where:
Busch Campus Center, Multipurpose Room
