All faculty and instructors who will have an online survey in Sakai should have received an email with the details of their surveys. Any requests for changes to the survey are due to us by April 13.
Unless otherwise requested, the surveys will start on April 19 and students may respond until May 7.
If you are teaching a course and have not received an email from us, please check our Current Surveys web page and contact us to request that we add an unlisted survey, or correct your contact information if your survey is already listed.
Please note that if you are teaching a course in eCollege, the survey may be run in that system and administered by the Division of Continuing Education. Please contact Bernadette Power at DoCS for information or changes to eCollege surveys.
