At the conclusion of the Fall 2020 term, CTAAR gathered feedback from instructors and students across the university about their teaching and learning experiences. This month we analyzed the data and delivered a presentation on our findings to the university community. We followed up on the presentation with a "Reflecting on Online Teaching Experiences" workshop where instructors discussed some of the themes that emerged within the data, shared ideas, and developed a collection of ideas to share with the Rutgers community.

We would encourage you to take a look at some of the wonderful solutions offered by your colleagues, even if you do not have a chance to watch the recordings!

The Student Instructional Rating Survey (SIRS) results for Fall 2020 are available on Wednesday, January 6 after 2:00 p.m. Faculty, instructors and designated administrators can view the results by logging in to the survey system at https://sirs.ctaar.rutgers.edu/blue and scrolling down to the "reports" section.

At the request of individual academic units, some SIRS results will be delayed to allow additional time for grading:

• Rutgers Business School (MBA Program): results available on January 13
• Rutgers Law School: results available on January 21

The statistical portion of the results will also be posted in the SIRS Department Archive before the end of January, and at the SIRS Results site for student view by the end of March 2021.
