Thank you volunteering to take the Collegiate Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP) exam which will aid the university in assessing student progress towards university learning goals between the first and senior years. The CAAP has no significance for any course or grade for any of the participants. Results from the CAAP will be used by the University anonymously.

The full time commitment for this project is 8:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2007.  The exam will take place in Lucy Stone Hall Auditorium on the Livingston Campus. For directions see: http://maps.rutgers.edu/building.aspx?id=202.  The exam has 2 modules which are each 40 minutes. If you are unable to stay for the entire time period, please do not sign up.

All student participants will receive a $20 RUExpress card upon the completion of both modules of the CAAP.  Students must fully complete both portions of the CAAP to receive the $20 RUExpress card. All cards will be distributed on the day of the exam.

As an added incentive, a one-time drawing will be held for all students who have completed both CAAP modules.  The prize will be a $100 Gift Card to be awarded at the end of the exam.

Please bring your RUConnnection ID card with you. You will not be required to bring anything else to the test site. Pencils will be provided, there will be no need for calculators.
