Accessing Reports

Faculty can access reports for their surveys through https://sirs.rutgers.edu/blue, and will receive an email notifying them their reports are available.

• Scroll down to see the “Reports” section
• Initially you will only see the most recent year of SIRS results. For SIRS going back to Summer 2019, click the “Archived” link on the righthand side of the page.
• Prior to Summer 2019, SIRS were conducted in Sakai and the results were sent by email. Search your email to locate the original reports, or contact OTEAR for summary statistics (OTEAR does not archive open-ended comments). For surveys that were conducted on paper forms, only summary statistics are available unless the individual academic unit saved or the original survey forms.

Scroll down to “Reports” and you will see SIRS reports listed. Only surveys run in Blue will be available on the dashboard. Click on the link, and you will be taken to the report. You can view it in your browser and also download it as a PDF. For previous semesters’ reports, click on “Archived” on the right-hand side under Reports.
