- January 6, 2026 (afternoon): SIRS results distributed through Blue to most faculty, instructors, and department administrators.
- January 13: RBS School 22 SIRS results available (delay to accommodate varied course schedule).
- Late January (TBD): Law Schools 23 and 24 SIRS results available (delay to accommodate varied course schedule).
SIRS – Winter 2026
- Survey Setup / DIG is handled internally by OTEAR staff based on data from CSS. Departments may review and edit the surveys in December if desired, but this is optional.
- January 5, 2026: OTEAR informs faculty and instructors of their individual survey details. Faculty may optionally add questions to SIRS or adjust their own survey dates.
- January 9: Surveys begin (unless otherwise indicated) Students will receive periodic email reminders about incomplete surveys until the end of the survey (exact dates vary)
- January 16: Surveys end (unless changed by instructor).
- January 22, afternoon: SIRS results distributed through Blue to most faculty, instructors, and department administrators.
