Blue Instructions for Faculty
Accessing Reports
OTEAR is beginning to transition to a new survey tool hosted by eXplorance Blue with a wider roll-out in Spring 2019. Faculty can access reports for their surveys through the same link https://rutgers.bluera.com/rutgers , which will bring you to your Blue dashboard. Faculty will receive a email notifying them their reports are available.
Scroll down to "Reports" and you will see SIRS reports listed. Only surveys run in Blue will be available on the dashboard. Click on the link and you will be taken to the report. You can view in your browser and also download as a PDF. For previous semesters' reports, click on "Archived" on the right hand side under Reports.
